Kim spent the first 18 years of her life as an adorable child in West Chester, PA, outside of Philadelphia. 

She went to college at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, OH, where she and her insanely big ‘80s hair pledged her sorority, The Philalethean Society, and graduated with a degree in Communications and Theater Arts. 

Kim started her career in radio at WNCI 97.9 in Columbus, OH as an intern, then worked her way up to co-host of The Morning Zoo (honk, honk, ding, ding).  Her love of THE Ohio State University Buckeyes (and hatred of all things Michigan) began there, as well. 

Kim moved to Providence to begin the Giovanni and Kim in the Morning show in 1999 and has been working with her favorite co-worker ever since. 

Kim lives in East Providence, right around the corner from her practice children, Aaron and Rachel, the latter of whom spend a lot of time in the naughty chair WITH her Auntie Kimmie. 

In her spare time, she likes to get delayed in various airports around the country, nap, read, garden, and live life as chaotically as possible—not necessarily in that order.  She does enjoy a cocktail or two, if you’re looking to buy her one, but doesn’t drink NEARLY as much as Giovanni would like you to think.  Most of the time.
