Learn radio promotions and marketing from the inside out!
Ideal candidates will be energetic, committed and out-going college students with intermediate/expert knowledge and understanding of graphic design (Photoshop/Corel Draw) Audio Editing (Adobe Audtion) and Video Editing (Studio 11). Basic knowledge of Macromedia Flash a plus with a general understanding of radio, and the format & lifestyle of our radio stations. Students able to provide their own laptop a plus! Duties include but are not limited to: Day-to-day maintenance of website content for all five Citadel Providence stations: 92 PRO-FM, HOT 106, Lite Rock 105, News Talk 630 WPRO & 99.7, and 790 True Oldies. Audio editing and creation, video editing and creation, graphic design (and Flash animation design if applicable). Requirements: Citadel Broadcasting’s internships MUST be taken for college credit. A reliable source of transportation A valid driver’s license and minimum of 10 hours per week commitment is required Work hours will take place during normal business hours (M-F, 9a-5p) Number of Hours per week: 10 – 12 for part time / 30 hours minimum for full time These internships are available for the FALL, SPRING, and SUMMER terms. | |
