Congratulations to this week’s Showcase Cinemas High School Team of the Week: North Kingstown Boys and Girls Cross Country!

The North Kingstown Boys and Girls Cross Country “Souper Racers” food drive was co-chaired by Senior Captains Justin and Nicole Gutkowski and Junior Captain Sophia DeGenova. After each meet, team members were asked to donate items for the food pantry in celebration of the team’s efforts. Team co-chairs challenged the team to beat last year’s total of 335 items. At the end of the Cross Country season, the team had collected over 530 items. The items have been donated to the North Kingstown food pantry in time for the holiday season.
