Rhode Island
Bristol
- Fireworks: Friday, July 3, at 9:30 p.m. at Bristol Harbor.
- Parade: Saturday, July 4, at 10:30 a.m. The Military, Civic and Firemen’s Parade begins at Chestnut and Hope streets.
Block Island
- Fireworks: Wednesday, July 1, at 9 p.m. Fireworks will be launched from a barge in Block Island Sound and visible from anywhere on the island.
- Parade: Saturday, July 4, at 11 a.m. as part of the Double Ender Celebration.
Coventry
- Fireworks: Saturday, July 4, at 9:30 p.m. hosted by the Johnson’s Pond Civic Association.
East Providence
- Celebration: Friday, July 3, starting at 6 p.m. at Pierce Memorial Field.
- Event: 250th Independence Day Fireworks & Concert Celebration.
Glocester
- Fireworks and Festivities: Friday, June 26, beginning at 6 p.m.
- Road Race: Saturday, July 4, at 9 a.m.
- Parade: Saturday, July 4, at 4 p.m. The town’s 100th Ancients and Horribles Independence Day Parade.
Jamestown
- Fireworks and Music Celebration: Monday, July 6, at 7 p.m. at East Ferry Wharf.
Narragansett
- Independence Day Celebration: Friday, July 3, at dusk at Narragansett Town Beach.
Newport
- Fireworks: Saturday, July 4, at 9:15 p.m. over Newport Harbor.
- Best Viewing: Westward-facing spots along Newport Harbor.
North Kingstown
- Festivities: Saturday, July 4, at the Town Beach Complex.
- Parade of Sail: 11:30 a.m.
- Live Music: 4:30 p.m.
- Fireworks: At dark.
North Providence
- Celebration: Friday, July 3, beginning at 6 p.m.
- Fireworks: 9 p.m.
Pawtucket
- Fireworks: Saturday, July 4, following the Rhode Island FC match at Centreville Bank Stadium.
- Official Independence Day Show: The fireworks are part of Pawtucket’s official Independence Day celebration.
Portsmouth
- Fireworks: Saturday, July 4, at 9 p.m. at Escobar Farm.
- Best Viewing: The back area of the Middle Road property.
Providence
- Celebration: Sunday, July 5, at 7 p.m. at India Point Park.
- Fireworks: Expected from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Scituate
- Celebration: Friday, July 3, at the Hope & Jackson Fire Company.
- Food and Activities: Begin at 5 p.m.
- Fireworks: To follow.
Smithfield
- Fireworks Extravaganza: Wednesday, July 1, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Deerfield Park.
- Details: Includes live music and more than 30 food trucks.
South Kingstown
- Fourth of July Celebration: Saturday, July 4, at 5 p.m. at Old Mountain Field, 831 Kingstown Road in Wakefield.
Warwick
- Fireworks: Friday, July 3, at dusk from Oakland Beach.
- Viewing Location: Warwick City Park on Asylum Road will be open for viewing.
Woonsocket
- Celebration: Friday, July 3, at World War II Veterans Memorial Park.
- Festivities: Begin at 4 p.m.
- Fireworks: 9 p.m.

- Status: Patriot Place has canceled its annual Patriotic Fireworks Spectacular for 2026 due to festivities surrounding the World Cup.
Freetown
- Fireworks: Friday, July 3, at Hathaway Park.
- Parade: Saturday, July 4, in Assonet Village.
New Bedford
- Independence Day Celebration: Friday, July 3.
- Concert: 6 p.m. on Purchase Street.
- Fireworks: 9 p.m. over New Bedford Harbor.
- Best Viewing: Lower Union Street.
Seekonk
- Independence Day Thrill Show & Fireworks Display: Saturday, July 4, at 5 p.m. at Seekonk Speedway.
- Details: The event includes a variety of races and ends with a fireworks display.
- Tickets: Presale tickets are available online. Adults are $25, kids are $12 and children under 5 are free.
