I am nominating the Smithfield High School Lady Sentinel Track team as the Showcase HS Team of the Week. As 2-time defending State Champions, the Lady Sentinels have just wrapped up an undefeated dual meet season to capture the Northern Division, as they head into their chance at a 3rd straight State title. These ladies work hard every day and deserve to be recognized. The Seniors to be recognized include Captains Ashley Nicholson, Sydney Bagus, Jillian Beaudry, Kayla Ezeama, Alex Guertin, and Saramarie Cerullo. Please consider this nomination for these special ladies for their outstanding efforts on and off the field.
